The Odyssey Foundation

How it works

Veterans living in Odyssey Foundation homes receive housing vouchers from the Housing and Urban Development - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program, a joint program between the HUD and the VA which provides housing choice vouchers to help veterans afford permanent housing and case management and supportive services to help veterans and their families with health care, recovery and stability.

The HUD-VASH voucher covers the Odyssey foundation’s operating expenses allowing for donations to the foundation to go directly to the acquisition of additional affordable housing options for veterans in need.

1345 Arkwright Street, Saint Paul

This three-bedroom, two-bath home is the first property in the Odyssey Foundation portfolio. We are scheduled to close at the end of August and will immediately begin renovations. Our goal is to welcome the first Odyssey client family into their new home by the end of September, marking the start of our mission to provide stability and support for veterans in need.
